Want a contact form, waitlist signup, or feedback box? Copy or download LEAD.md from the Leads page and give it to your coding AI. It includes everything your AI needs to wire submissions to JustDeploy.

1. Go to Leads and click Copy or Download.
2. Paste it into your coding AI and say:

Read LEAD.md and integrate lead capture into this project.

Your AI hooks up the form. New submissions show up in the Leads list and email everyone in your organization.

Reviewing submissions

Click any row in the Leads list to see every field that was submitted, the source, UTM attribution, and email delivery status.
