Store files your app needs: product images, documents, uploads from your customers. Each organization gets its own storage, and there’s nothing to set up: your coding AI handles it.

Connect it to your app

Want your app to upload or download files? On the Storage page, click Copy to grab a short guide (STORAGE.md), then paste it into your coding AI. The copied text already tells it what to do, so you don’t type anything. It adds file storage to your app for you. No manual setup.

Managing files

Your AI connects file storage to your app. After that, the app uploads, downloads, and deletes files directly. Developers can do the same through the Storage API.

What it costs

$0.06 per GB you keep, each month. It comes out of the same credit as your app, so there is no separate storage bill, and the $4 of free monthly credit covers around 65 GB if you spend it all here.

One thing worth knowing: this is the one cost that keeps going when nothing is happening. Your app is only charged for the minutes it spends working, but a file you uploaded once is charged for every month you keep it. Deleting files you no longer need is what makes it stop.

Usage

The console shows your storage usage over time: how much space you’re using and how many files you have.
